Monday to Friday - 7am to 8.45pm
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays - 8am to 8.45pm

The Club has a 20-meter deck level swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, hydro therapy pool, children's pool, a sauna and outdoor hot tub overlooking the River Inagh and a large gymnasium. The gym has a full range of training equiepment including computerised treadmills, steppers and cycles, strength training machines, a range of weights, abdominal units and individual cardio TV & heart rate monitors.
